EmailA FUTSAL revolution is underway with the creation of the first futsal team of men s on reading and its creator is looking to spread the word about this dynamic sport. Many people probably haven't heard of futsal, but comes with a high pedigree with the likes of Brazilian Denilson, Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos growing up playing the sport. Futsal is similar to football five-a-side but is played in a speech marked less where you can throw-ins and free. Unlike the inner game, square and objectives are similar to hockey goals. The ball is also smaller, so there are fewer return and more chances to run with the ball. The rules establish an emphasis on improvisation, creativity and technique. Fernando Silva, who has been a coach Shinfield Rangers FC for five years, played futsal for a local side in Portugal for 10 years and have always dreamed of creating a team and that became a reality two months ago .He contact with friends and advertised for players locally and the response was so phenomenal that two teams of men s were created instead of an initial Shinfield Rangers and Shinfield Royals teams began to play the last month in Berks and Futsal League in Aylesbury bucks and couldn t both sides have faced more difficult opening fixtures with Rangers playing the Defender Champions and Cardinals runners-up.
Rangers Shinfield before his training session both teams lost their games but Rangers fought back and won two upcoming games teams respectively. The 13-8-5 and 6 together two weeks ago with Rangers overwhelming your clubmates 19-2. Xavier Calvet produced the most outstanding performance scoring 19 goals, nine. There are around 16 players of various nationalities of Brazilians to Mauritians who come from reading, Piacenza and Maidenhead, including Awais Chaudry, which has 11 years playing experience we are proud to be the first team in reading, declared Silva. I always had futsal in my mind, so I thought, why not a up.we set have new players who want to join us however almost every day, Silva is frustrated by the lack of spaces in reading, which forced the Rangers to train in Paris and Eton College. But the two level coach believes that everyone can benefit from playing the sport, especially youngsters. Ronaldinho, kaka, Deco all big stars began with futsal because it's fast and so you develop your skills quickly .it s very very competitive and that will be good for children and will help them with their football. He added: it's fun and you re always involved. Sometimes on 11-by-side children don t touch the ball while in futsal there s just five players so you have to play and you have to touch the ball. The more they will participate the more they'll develop. Also, with the time here it's more appropriate to play futsal because a lot of games is canceled during winter. Silva cites this year's World Cup as an example, adding: In the last world of England were very poor. Spain won and they are the champions in futsal, well then I think England will win a lot in the future, playing futsal. Silva has big ambitions for the future and expect between your hand in the regional League next year, subject to finding a local location. It's a fantastic sport and we want to develop it. We want to get children interested and FA are really interested in helping me.We want people who don t know to be interested and get playing. The team are looking for players and sponsors who are interested should contact Fernando Silva on 07983 950 710 or shinfieldrangersfutsal@hotmail.co.uk.
