Indonesia to host AFF Futsal AFF u-23

Indonesia will host AFF Futsal Championship and Championship u-23 AFF.


According to the official website of the Asean Football Federation, AFF Futsal Championship which will be a League format of a round will be held in Jakarta, during the second week of April. The competing teams are Indonesia, Myanmar, Viet Nam, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.


The tournament of AFF u-23 will probably be held in Palembang 18-24 July.


The tournament, which is being heralded as preparation for the games of Southeast Asia will see five teams: Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Myanmar and East Timor.

Venancio López makes Spain renewal

Venancio López: Azerbaijan finished fourth in the last European Championship in their first finals. Logically, they are a very strong team and can count on many players with Brazilian roots. The last game of the Playoffs against them will be decisive. We also know the Kazakhstan since played the previous qualification. The game harder will surely be against Azerbaijan.

State cap of Dural Warrior Erin Pridmore

ERIN Pridmore likes football. The 11-year-old began playing six years ago and found a whole new world with futsal.

The young Kellyville recently represented the team of girls in NSW for the 11 national Futsal Championship FFA in Canberra.

She also was nominated for awakening Hill times Junior Sports Star Awards 2010.

Year 6 student William Clarke was among the 121 squads in tournament at-11 to open age.

The team played eight games for three days and finished third overall.

"Scored six goals and has lots of experience," she said.

"Play the Premier Liga Futsal Club team of warriors Dural 12 girls. We made the semi-finals. "

About these achievements she was selected in the cast in 13 NSW football to play national titles in Canberra on Easter.

"I play for the North West Sydney Koalas to Premier League football outdoors at under 15s," she said. "I was at this time for two seasons and love playing outdoors as midfield and defence.

"When I'm playing inside I'm usually out and defend."

Father young used to play football.

"He gave some tips along the way."

Junior Sports Star Awards are proudly supported by rebel sport, The Good Guys Nash Patel and Supa Centa Castle Hill.

New style Norway impress

Norway are flying high in the UEFA EURO 2012 qualifying round with three wins in three and new country futsal team is looking to emulate the footballers of Romania this week.

Side stretches Sæther made a spectacular debut in sport in UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 the last month preliminary round, beating Israel 7-3, the Republic of Ireland 5-0 and Andorra 7-3 in Dublin. Sæther employed an innovative approach to man tactic, but as he prepares for a much tougher job qualification round - starting on Thursday against bronze medalists for the Czech Republic 2010, hosts of Romania and Slovakia - the coach believes that progress is to its players.

"The system can take some credit, but most of the success was founded in the way the boys played," said Sæther, a long-time sportswriter for the newspaper Dagbladet. "It was almost unbelievable how the hand played for your top-level during games. I was really impressed with how focus and dedicated that were ".

However, strategy of Sæther certainly gave Norway a border, making it as difficult to break your football squad has been lately. "Andorra, for example, had problems dealing when they had the ball," he said. "They had to use his goalkeeper like field player when in possession, which was an advantage for us. "Romania has played 22 matches last year and are more experienced than us, the Czechs took bronze at the last EURO, while Slovakia had some impressive results this year. Our goal is to have some points and testing our system against some of the best teams of futsal in Europe ".

Turul girls get a kick out of futsal

The Titans have two teams doing well in Toronto league

OSHAWA-Oshawa Turul 98 Titans finished the year 2010 with a very high note.

With the team divided into two Futsal League squads of Toronto team Turul No.1 won 10-3 and Turul No. won 2 of 7-3 to finish the year with WINS.

Turul 1 had a record of four wins and one loss and was tied for first place while Turul 2 was in second place with two WINS, two losses and one tie.

This is the first year of this group of young ladies never played futsal, a variation of football that is played on a smaller playing surface and primarily played indoors. They are playing in Division of U-14 against older and larger girls, but in the true spirit of Titan, they never quit.

Kairat Almaty two phase Futsal Cup finals

Kairat Almaty and Kazakhstan Football Federation (KFF) were selected as hosts for 2010/11 UEFA Futsal Cup final to be staged at Sholak Sports Palace Saint Patrick.

The final between April 28 and may 1 and will play for the fifth consecutive time, in a final form and four with two semi-finals, a third-place game and a final.

The first UEFA final tournament to be held in Kazakhstan will involve local side Kairat and other elite round three winners – holders SL Benfica, Sporting Clube de Portugal and Italy ASD Città di Ferrol C/5.

The semi-final draw will be held in Almaty on a date to be confirmed, with games then being thrown at 28 April followed by a play-off for third place and the final three days later.

DSC use to promote Futsal soccer Sport between women


The event was conceived for three age groups--15, u-18 and 18 and above.


Event Co-ordinator of organizers Stadia5, Faris Al Mudaffer, said: "we have a very strong platform to promote Futsal. We believe that it is a very special part of the development of football.


"As you can see the Spain, Japan and other countries have developed programs of Futsal who helped improve technical capacity over the years."


It is expected that a total of 60 teams participate in the tournament.


Wosim Tahan, Stadia5 partner, said: "we are expecting a huge crowd. We were told about 7000 people become (at the mall). "


The tournament will be played in a round-robin basis followed by a knock-out phase.


Rashid Al Kamali, Director of Marketing and promotion, Dubai Sports Council (DSC), said: "the reason we support this event is because of the separate categories of age and why Dubai Sports Council is want to encourage this event.


"We want more people to come and participate in sporting activities and develop a lifestyle in Dubai sports since the tender age. A program is also being developed for women, because football is very popular. "
